We are a friendly family company and have been established for some 45 years. The company started as a sole trader in the village of Linton. Outgrowing the premises after a few years, the company moved to the centre of Maidstone where it became a Registered Limited Company in 1986. This gave the opportunity for further expansion and the business has subsequently moved again to larger premises to our current location in Parkwood Industrial estate, Maidstone, to be within easy reach of the M20, M2 and M25 motorways.
Over the years the company has undertaken numerous important major contracts
in both the public and private sectors. These include working for Government
Agencies, Local Authorities, Building and Civil Engineering Contractors,
Developers and Private Individuals. We pride ourselves on being able to
offer a complete professional service from enquiry to contract completion
with delivery on time at value for money prices.
The scope of contracts undertaken is many and varied including Hospitals,
Schools, Colleges, Universities, Prisons, Leisure Centres, Hotels, Care
Homes, Shopping Centres, Office Blocks, Car Showrooms, Retail Parks, Housing
and the like. These vary in value from £500 to £1.5M.
We employ fully trained teams of competent tile fixers who understand the
products and are capable of undertaking all aspects of tile installation.
Work is carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements of the
British Standard Specifications BS5385 Parts 1-5. We have an ongoing training
programme that enables us to continue to deliver quality to the highest
professional standards of finish required by our discerning customers.
We are active members of and approved by the Industry's official trade organisation,
THE TILE ASSOCIATION.
We support and fully implement the statutory requirements of The Health
and Safety at Work Act and our employees regularly attend update training
courses in awareness. All electrical equipment is periodically PAT tested.
